| Installation meeting Wednesday 8th April 2026 at the Masonic Hall, Esplanade, Fleetwood. The Lodge Installation date having been brought forward due to a clash with a revised PGL date. | |
| The WM, Bro. Jim Gregsonm opened the meeting at 1800 hrs and a dispensation was read out. | |
| 26 Brethren were present, including 9 members and 17 visitors with 3 Master’s in office. | |
| WBro. Shaun Haynes acted as DC for the evening due to WBro. Dennis Smith being unable to attend. | |
| WBro. David James Sear PAGDC, Special Rep for the Barrow, Garstang, Lancaster, Morecambe & Ulverston area was present representing the RWPGM. | |
| The WM greeted and welcomed WBro. Sear to the Lodge. | |
| Salutations were given by the Brethren and responses made. | |
| The WM requested a number of Brethren to occupy key offices for the purpose of the installation ceremony: | |

| WBro. Haynes presented Bro. Stephen Willingham, JW Master Elect, to the WM for the benefit of installation. | |
| The WM proceeded to install Bro. Willingham in an excellent and sincere manner with the assistance of WBro. Haynes. | |
| WBro. Tom Egan presented the Working Tools to the new WM. | |

| Upon completion of the ceremony, WBro. Sear congratulated the WM on behalf of the RWPGM and wished all the Officers and Brethren well for the following year. WBro. Gregson and WBro. Haynes were congratulated on an excellent ceremony. | |
| A virtual cheque was presented to WBro. Sear by the WM, for £200 for the WLMCF. The money being transferred via BAC’s to the Charity Fund. | |
| A Grand Lodge Certificate was presented to Bro. Mark Spragg by WBro. Tony Cross. | |
| The Lodge business was finalised. WBro. Sear accompanied by Grand and Provincial Officers retired after which the WM closed the Lodge and everybody reassembled in the Lodge for the obligatory photos under the direction of WBro. Cross. All the Brethren then retired to the bar and onto the excellent festive board, which was accompanied by lively conversation, sparkling wit, repartee, and speeches. | |
| A non Mark Mason, WBro. Ian Chetwynd, was at the festive board to support the WM. Gentle/Mark friendly persuasion was applied at various times through the evening! | |
| WBro. Sear responded to the toast to Grand Officers and mentioned amongst other things; the importance of recruitment to our Lodges by the use of clever acronyms and analogies. | |
| A Fleetwood fiddle raffle was organised by WBro. Haynes, which raised £160! | |
| An enjoyable Installation night was had by all! | |
